4 rooms available for students only in a 5 bed house in canterbury - the 5th room is kept spare for the landlord to stay in when he's organising property maintenance + house viewings (because he cannot realistically commute from where he lives in bristol for that)

note the house was bought in 2017 as a fixer upper + for various reasons (2 covid lockdowns, followed by soaring dual fuel bills, then going from 1.99% to 5.99% mortgage interest) that process is only happening slowly: please do not expect it to resemble something out of the ideal home exhibition. if you consider room size (see floorplan) + location (see below) to be the most important factors about your accommodation feel free to arrange a viewing

ie it's basically in town but is still only

17 mins down Eliot footpath

which makes it ideal for students at the University of Kent

parking permit(s) must be applied for from Canterbury City Council for parking nearby otherwise onstreet parking is available at a distance (for example further up Whitstable Rd towards the university)
