2 Bedrooms - 10 mins walk to city - photos coming

I am a live-in homeowner with two double bedrooms available to rent. The property is 10 minutes walk to city centre and between Canterbury College and CCCU. 5 minutes walk to Tesco and Waitrose. The area is safe with a beautiful cemetry attached to it.

The rooms are ready to rent from 1st July. The house is in progress to being set up so everything will be brand new. It is clean, well lit, and will be actively managed as I will be living there myself.

High speed internet included along with the bills in the rent.

There is a cheeky little cat who will be sharing the house with us. We are two women living in the house who are best friends. It is a safe, friendly, clean and respectful household which is LGBTQ+ friendly and protective.

We are looking for housemates to join us, live peacefully, respect the house and live chilled.

Womxn are preferred but mxn can also be considered upon vibe check across both ends.

We are putting in new floorings and furniture - pictures to follow soon. But you are most welcome to come see the property to have an idea of the space. The rooms and the house will be definitely ready and up for occupying from 1st July or earlier.
