Our excellent Woodland Apartments buildings sits in the very centre of the UKC campus.

All bedrooms include an en-suite bathroom.

Finished to an exceptionally high specification, the apartment features double beds throughout, a review TV in every room, a cycle park, and laundry facilities.

There is a large open plan kitchen and living area, complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, and 50 inch Freeview TV.

All utility bills are covered in the price and we also take care of the WiFi.

Deposit amount listed is the Holding Deposit. Tenants have the choice between paying a Security Deposit (equivalent to 5 weeks rent) or Reposit (equivalent to 1 weeks rent or £150 if the weekly rent is less than this).
