We are looking for a friendly, mature female student aged 23+ to rent our beautiful, fully furnished top-floor room in our home in Canterbury.

The room takes up the entire top floor of the house, offering a lovely private space of your own, separate from the rest of the home. It has been newly renovated and includes its own en-suite bathroom, with a private staircase and lockable door for added privacy.

You would be living with a friendly couple in our late 20s. We are looking for someone who is considerate, clean, tidy and quiet, and who respects that this is our home, which we take great pride in.
We would love to find someone who enjoys having their own private space while being mindful and respectful of the shared kitchen and the home environment. We are hoping to find someone who will treat the house with the same care and consideration as they would their own home.
This would suit a mature student looking for a comfortable, peaceful and private place to call home while studying in Canterbury.
