Based 5-10 minute walk from Canteebury high street and 30 seconds to Penny Theatre. Good size room that has a bed and single wardrobe and 2 large shelves. Can fit a good size desk and double bed.
Bathroom has a shower (no bath) and plenty of storage. Living room and doning room are large and already furnished with L shaped sofa and large TV. I do have a lovely pet french bulldog called gunther who loves people! (Hope you're a dog person). No responsibility to walk him or feed him, but if you're hpme all i ask is let him out and show him some love every now and then. Front and back garden, but no expectation to maintain them unless you want to, otherwise ill do the gardening. No problem.
Kitchen is all furnished with air fryer, microwave, oven, washing machine and plenty of cupboard space. I pretty much have most things but happy for you to use thongs, just wash up after you use them.
I work 9-5:30 monday to friday (YouTube Producer for Ant and Dec) and go into the office 2 days a week (wednesday and thursday). Easy to get a long with and love to socialise and play video games or doomscroll while watching netlfix haha! No pressure to spend time with me - happy for you to do your own thing too!
