Hi! I’m looking for a friendly and tidy female flatmate to share my lovely 2-bedroom home in central Canterbury.

The room is available to move into from 7 November and the rent is £830 per month, with bills included.

The house is located on St Edmund’s Road, Canterbury, in a great central location. It’s a cosy and bright home with a lovely riverside setting, and there’s also a private outdoor patio overlooking the river.

You’ll have your own furnished bedroom and we’ll share the bathroom, kitchen and living areas. The house has a comfortable living room with exposed brick, a fully equipped kitchen/dining area, and a modern bathroom.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy-going, ideally another female student or young professional. I’d love the house to feel comfortable and homely rather than like a typical house share.
