The house is solely let to professionals, the available room is located on the ground floor, has a double bed, an en-suite shower room, and comes fully furnished. Please note the room is compact. The house itself is modern, warm, well-presented, and has BT super fast WIFI. The open plan living area has a kitchen/diner with all modern conveniences, including dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, and there is a small garden with area for bike storage.

The house is on a residential road, located a short walk from the city centre, very close to Canterbury West train station, a Sainsburys Local, Kent university, the local gyms and the attractions of a vibrant city centre.

All bills are included in the rental price, (including council tax) and one months rent is required, by way of a deposit. There are no agency fees, and we are private live out landlords. 12 month minimum term. No couples or undergraduate students. A credit check and reference check will be undertaken.

Parking permits for surrounding roads are available from Canterbury city council.
