I have received notice from one of the student housemates and so I will have room Room B available from late March for the rest of the current Academic Year, ending 30th June 2025.
Moving in date. From the weekend of 22nd/23rd March.

Beyond 30th June availablity? Yes, a 2025/26 Tenancy Agreement will be available.

Current housemates are all female and they will be involved in the recruitment process.

This house makes ideal accommodation for full-time 2024/25 UKC/CCCU undergraduate/Master's students, post-grad researchers, PhDs etc.

A much larger than average, modern, semi-detached house which is ideal for a student group. Large, sunny, south-facing garden, which is maintained by the landlord.
Close to the City Centre, Canterbury Academy, Body & Mind Fitness Centre, Canterbury East/West (High Speed Link) Railway Stations and around 10 minutes’ walk from the popular St. Dunstan’s area, with its wide range of shops, Farmers’ Market, excellent restaurants, historic pubs and main bus routes to UKC, Whitstable, Faversham etc. Heading in the other direction, it’s only 6/7 minutes’ walk to open farmland, Harbledown village centre, orchards and the National Trust’s Golden Hill/Duke’s Meadows. Pets. Well behaved, neutered, adult dogs and cats are fine, provided all housemates are happy with the arrangement. However, rodents, snakes and exotics are a no-no.
