The rooms are a really good sized double and come fully furnished. The rooms will have a double bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers.

Council Tax: Full time students are exempt and do not pay. Professionals up to £15 pppw additional to the rent depending on circumstance. Possible reduction for part time students depending on circumstance.
