A double room and own private sitting room to let in lovely Chartham. A nice area, 10 mins from Canterbury city center with buses that run regularly and local train stations within a 5 minute drive. There is
plenty of parking on the drive. Chartham has a couple of pubs, shops etc and is also surrounded by countryside.

The accommodation is on the first floor and its own separate sitting room with TV and Sofa. Downstairs there is a large garden.

There is a modern shared bathroom and kitchen. These areas are always kept clean and tidy, as is the house in general. Weekly Cleaner is included in the rent.

Rent includes bills including sky movies and entertainment and internet.
