I am looking to bring together professional friendly people who can build a community and social place to live. I wish to bring together a new group of people to share this home so I wish to find those who are respectful for others, are clean and tidy and maintain a good standard of living as no-one wants to live with a messy housemate.

The house also has a low maintenance garden so you can enjoy the outdoors for a BBQ or the British summer.

You will be able to stroll to Medway Hospital in 15 minutes and the Chatham and Gillingham train stations are only a short drive away - these lines take you straight into London (its so quick... I have done it!), to local amenities for a pint of milk or loaf of bread plus to the main shopping centre or supermarket.
