1 large, double, quiet room

Five minutes to walk to Folkestone west train station.
I have a large, lovely, bright, quiet, double room to rent.
It has en-suite toilet and basin.
There are three W. c’s in the house, and two kitchens.
Sadly, one of my two lodgers is leaving. So, I’m looking for another lovely lady, to share my house with. There is one other female lodger, and myself (also female) here, so would prefer another female.
I live independently downstairs.
Room is for single occupancy.
We are quiet, friendly, with good sense of humours.
Looking for a friendly, professional lady, who is clean, tidy, honest and would enjoy living here. I do have a small dog, who stays downstairs with me.
All utilities and council tax included.
This is not a HMO.
