I'm looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy female or non-binary housemate to share my bright two-bedroom flat. The room is the larger of the two bedrooms and has just been freshly decorated, complete with a brand new double bed and mattress.

🌊 Right on the Cliftonville seafront with beautiful sunset views.
🏖️ Less than a minute to the beach, with Walpole Bay tidal pool just a 5-7 minute walk away.
🚶 15-20 minute walk into Margate Old Town and around 30 minutes to the station.
🛋️ Fully furnished
🗓️ Flexible short-term let, from around a month up to 6 months.

I'm Gina, 33, and I work full-time as a graphic designer. I'm in Canterbury three days a week and work from home the other two. Home is generally pretty calm during the week, I’m enjoy meeting new people and up for a chat over a cuppa, but equally enjoy quiet evenings and a relaxed, respectful home.
