Huge room in lovely detached house. Plenty of space, spread over two floors. Never queue to use facilities with three bathrooms, two fridges, two freezers, two ovens, large dishwasher, eat-in kitchen, separate dining room, utility room with separate washing machine and tumble dryer

Room has double bed, side tables, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, dual aspect windows with privacy screen and blackout curtains.

Well decorated and uncluttered. Large sheltered south-facing garden that feels warm. Outdoor seating and instant-use gas barbeque.

Shared cleaner (included in bills). Free street car parking.

We are in Palm Bay, 1 minute walk to the Walpole Tidal pool and community beach sauna. Peaceful residential street, short walk from the bars and restaurants of Cliftonville and Margate Old Town. Ten minute cycle to Margate station.

Family with two children (5 & 2). I work for a charity, my husband is in hospitality.
