A quiet road less than a mile from QEQM and a 10 mins walk to seafront. Good bus routes very close that run to Canterbury, Ramsgate and Broadstairs. Gender and age not important Must be a working person, who likes dogs. Non smoking house but happy for smokers who smoke outside.
