Entire floor of large 4 storey Victorian House available.

The lower ground floor of our spacious house in Cliftonville has become available.

This floor includes, (which would all be private to yourself)

Private entrance
Large living room
Large double bedroom
WC and shower room
Office/ dining space
Small courtyard

The rest of the house has,

Large kitchen/ dining room.
Large bathroom
Utility room
Large 1st floor living room with balcony and sea view.
Rear garden with BBQ and greenhouse.

The lower ground floor is completely private to the next lodger, our current lodger has been here for over 3 years.

The house only has 1 other person living full time, professional artist who is mainly at their studio. Myself, I spend a few days a week here. So the whole space is quiet, and has a good level of privacy, however also social to have the odd glass of wine over supper.

All bills are included in the price. We'd ideally like someone to stay for at least 6 months, however open to suggestions.
