The room has its own doorway access from the porch and so has a lot of privacy. it has a cupboard/dressing room and direct access to the ensuite bathroom. However, the lounge and garden are shared.

Parking can be negotiated.

It is easy to walk into beautiful Cranbrook town with cafes, shops and stunning old windmill. There is a large sports' Leisure Centre, gym and pool 5 mins from the house.
