Clean single fully furnished room available in Fleet Avenue in a beautiful house. Please note the Darent Valley hospital is a walking distance. There are also local buses to Dartford or Bluwater. All current lodgers are professionals and work, so the house is very quiet and pleasant to live in. Its a modern stylish house with all modern facilities. There is free off street parking in front of the house. There is plenty space for bike if you have one. Garden has nice patio furniture. I am looking for a professional who will continue to keep house clean and tidy, as it is now. We don't accept housing benefit. Happy to discuss further and arrange viewing. Room is available from the 1st Nov. We prefer longer tenancy.
