The house is just around dartford grammar school for girls. I live in the house with my family , me and my partner never home, always working , with my two girls, our rooms are upstairs and the room for rent is downstairs with the toilets and l Shower room. It's a very lovely and clean tidy house and we wanted to stay that way , most of the time, the house is quiet. I'm very sure or ever that would take the room Well love it. 7 minutes from the house to datford train station on the bus 96 or 429. I am available for viewing anytime.
