Small double room - cosy house near the sea

Hi there,

I'm looking for a lodger to share my lovely little house in Deal. It's in a quiet cul de sac within short cycling distance of the beach and town centre. It's a 2 bedroom house with a conservatory and a garden with decking. Also comes with parking.

The spare room is at the front of the house. It fits a double bed but isn't very big, so would suit someone without too much stuff or looking for a short-term let.

I'm flexible on length of stay.

Rent price includes all bills except cleaner.

I would prefer someone who would be working outside of the house as I'm working full-time from home at the moment.

I will probably be going abroad for a while from September so there's also a potential option for you to rent the bigger room and have the house to yourself until I get back.
