I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful professional to join a quiet and comfortable home on the outskirts of Dover.
The house is in a peaceful residential area with a lovely open view overlooking a green park, making it a really calm place to come home to after work.
The fully furnished double room includes:
Comfortable bed
Large wardrobe with plenty of storage
Bedside tables
Good space to make the room feel like your own.

You’ll have use of the shared kitchen , which has two fridges, plenty of cupboard space, a dining table and a sofa, so there is lots of room for everyone without feeling crowded.
There is currently one other professional housemate, who is quiet, friendly and respectful. He works mainly night shifts and normally has two days off each week, so the household has different routines and is generally very peaceful.
I also use the house as my home, although I am away for work as I am required to travel in the week.
I’m looking for someone who is:

Looking for a peaceful home rather than a party house
This is very much a calm, relaxed household, so unfortunately it wouldn’t suit anyone looking for a party environment.

Bills: [included] reasonable usage

A reference from a previous landlord or accommodation would be appreciated, but if you don’t have one, that’s absolutely fine.
