I manage the property myself so there are no agents to deal with. I pride myself on having great relationships with all my tenants and always deal with any issues and requests immediately.
The house is exceptionally well located for all amenities. Morrisons and Asda, along with Aldi are a stone’s throw away. Dover Priory station is within walking distance and there is a bus stop at the end of the road. There is on street parking available.
The house has a large shared garden for all
Tenants to enjoy along with a spacious communal kitchen and lounge / dining area. There is hard wired Internet access in all rooms should tenants prefer to not rely on WiFi access, when home working for example.
The rooms themselves are all different sizes to suit people’s budgets and living requirements.
