Beautifully decorated and managed directly by me, so there are no agents to deal with. I pride myself on great relationships with my tenants and deal with any issues promptly. I'm looking for quiet, respectful working professionals to join a household of five.

House rules: no smoking, no pets, not suitable for couples. References required. Minimum term 6 months.
