I am really pleased to announce that my beautifully decorated, brand new 6 bed HMO is now available and ready for 6 individual people to call it their home. I have one room remaining.

The house is tastefully decorated and I am hoping for quiet, respectful tenants who will welcome the effort that has gone into making this house a lovely home for people to enjoy. I manage the property myself so there are no agents to deal with. I pride myself on having great relationships with all my tenants and always deal with any issues and requests immediately.

The house is exceptionally well located for all amenities. Morrisons and Asda, along with Aldi are a stone’s throw away. Dover Priory station is within walking distance and there is a bus stop at the end of the road. There is on street parking available.

Tenants to enjoy along with a spacious communal kitchen and lounge / dining area. There is hard wired Internet access in all rooms should tenants prefer to not rely on WiFi access, when home working for example.

The rooms themselves are all different sizes to suit people’s budgets and living requirements.

The rooms will be fully furnished to the tenant’s requirements - I am happy to supply additional furniture upon request. The reason for this is that some tenants prefer to bring their own furniture.

Room 1 - this is located on the top floor of the house and is one of the larger rooms. The tenant who chooses this room would have the top floor to themselves and there is also a separate dressing area / office space / gaming room which comes with this room making it very versatile. **Currently Let**

Room 2 - this is located at the front of the house on Level 1. This is also one of the larger rooms. **Currently Let**

Room 3 - is located to the rear of the property and is one of the smaller rooms. **Currently Let**

Room 4 - this is located at the front of the house on the ground floor level. **Available**

Room 5 - this is located at the rear of the house and is one of the smaller rooms available. **Currently Let**

Room 6 - this is a lovely room, located at the rear of the house on the basement level. This room has its own private access on the ground floor and is very private and secluded. This is my personal favourite. **Currently Let**
