Peaceful double room in East Malling

Furnished double room in East Malling. Wardrobe to be sourced pre move in. Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Free on street parking. I don’t work from home so if you needed to there should be plenty of room. Recently decorated property and live in landlord looking for a tidy tenant! I enjoy the odd drink at the pub but am past my night out days so would be looking for someone in a similar situation. I work in healthcare and am outdoorsy and active so if you have similar interests amazing! If not I’m always open to a chin wag regardless. 2 minute walk to East Malling Station and 15 minute cycle from Maidstone Hospital so perfect base for a fellow healthcare worker or a commuter who needs to get to London in under an hour! Happy to discuss Monday to Friday options for a lower rate if required!
