Double room available in 3-bedroom house

A furnished double room is available in a 3-bedroom house until 13th December 2026.
The host has her own ensuite, so you'd have sole access to the main bathroom (unless the host's family or friends are visiting). Bed linen, duvet, pillow and towels all available.
Shared kitchen/dining and lounge. Washing machine in the garage, but no dryer.
Bills included (gas, electricity, water, council tax) and there is basic free WiFi.
Parking available in the street.
The house backs onto one of the two stations in Edenbridge (2min and 15min walk away). Gatwick is 25min by train and London Victoria just over an hour. Options for trains towards Redhill and Tonbridge, as well as East Croydon and onto London.
Edenbridge has a Lidl (3min walk) and Waitrose and a leisure centre with a pool.
The host works full-time at a school and keeps busy in the evenings, weekends, and during the school holidays. She is looking for an independent employed person.
