- Toilet and bathroom are separate (which gives increased privacy)
- Large garden, kitchen, shared living room and shared toilet in a family house.
- Viewings are required so we meet each other and you see the space

About the Area:
- 10-minute walk to Erith Station (2 stops from Abbey Wood with Elizabeth line)
- Under 5-minute walk to Erith Leisure Center with a gym, pools, open fields/green parks (and is frankly one of my fave things about this area)
- 10-minute walk to Erith town center with large Morrisons
- Wide, tree-lined roads with other pretty houses to look at on walks

About me:
I’m a 28-year-old Data Scientist/Analyst who is tidy, respectful and chill but friendly. Above all, I love living in a peaceful, happy and clean home.

I'm quite flexible so DM me if you're interested and wondering if there are things that I can move around (e. g. the move-in date, length of lease, etc)

I’m looking for a housemate who is tidy, respectful, non-smoking and wants a peaceful home as well. I'm open to students too. (If you have a green thumb and like gardening, that would be incredible! )

- There is an option for a lease extension if we really enjoy living with each other and also a no-strings-attached grace period at the start of the lease to get a feel for each other and decide if we want to continue the lease to full term.
