💷£680 per month, including bills, deposit required, move in date approx. 25th Oct (TBC when current housemates book flights)

🏡 1.5 bathrooms, spacious living room, kitchen with washing machine and large fridge/freezer unit as well as a large garden area with furnished stone patio (we spend way too many days and nights sitting out here lol)

📍Erith, SE London, about 5 min walk from Slade Green Train station. 8 mins to Abbey Wood and the Elizabeth Line

👯‍♀️2 young professional girls! I (Sharée, 22) own a business and primarily WFM. I love to explore, go out for dinner/drinks, and enjoy a good games nights /dinner party. When I'm home, I spend most of my time listening to music, catching up on TV, or cooking. Sharntal (25) is a carer working in and around London. A bit more introverted, Sharntal is big on cooking and relaxation and enjoys chilling out when she can. She may be the quieter of the two but don’t let that fool you, she loves a chinwag or night out just as much as! Both are super tidy, open, charming girls ready to meet our next flatmate!
