The room is bright and airy. It has a double bed, sofa, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside locker, full length mirror, fridge and kettle. A desk and chair are available if required.
You will have use of the main family kitchen, own allocated double cupboard, freezer space and use of washing machine.
The kitchen is modern and is always kept clean and tidy, as is the house in general.
To the back of the house there is a lovely well kept private garden with patio and outdoor line.
On street parking - no permit required.
It's a great location as only ten minutes walk to train station and town. We're also close to main motorways/roads and transport links.
The bus stop is 3 minutes walk down the road on same side and the return bus stop is immediately opposite.
Utility bills, council tax and broadband all included.

We have one small and very friendly dog and friendly, mainly outdoor cat.
