We have a room available in a newly renovated 3-bedroom house located near the town centre, offering comfortable living with a focus on privacy.

There is one room available, with three people currently occupying the house, all of us are in our mid-twenties. The house is close to the market and a 10 minute walk from the train station.

The room itself is around 10 square meters, equipped with a double bed and quality mattress, with a desk, chair and bedside table. The house has a fully equipped modern kitchen — oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, air fryer etc. We also have a tumble-dryer and washing machine available, and a TV in the front room.

All bills are included in the rent—gas, electricity, water, council tax, and high-speed Wi-Fi—so you can enjoy your new home without the stress of additional costs.

There are no pets present in the property, but we all like animals so we’re open to the concept. If you’d like to bring in any pets we’d be happy to review on a case-by-case basis.
