Small Double Room available to rent in Faversham

I'm a professional female looking to rent out my spare room in a semi detached terrace near the centre of Faversham.
The room is fully furnished with a small double bed, chest of drawers, storage and a built in wardrobe. It's also been recently decorated.

Whilst a friend is staying with me for the month, the bed is otherwise brand new.
There is also extra storage in the hallway.

The house is a short walk from the town centre - aswell as the large Tesco - and about 15 minutes from the train station, where you can get the high speed train to London.
The house has a cosy living room, dining room, conservatory, bathroom and a lovely garden full of plants. On street parking available if you get a permit.
It's a sociable house, with the occasional get together with friends - including past lodgers & neighbours - and lots of cooking!

I'm looking for a responsible person who's clean and tidy, as well as being sociable and easy to get along with.

I'm friendly and easy going and have an active social life whilst freelancing and running my own business
Must also like cats as I have three they're adorable and very cute.
