The room is double glazed, centrally heated and overlooks a large private garden. It includes plenty of storage space and a desk.

The flat has its own private entrance to the side of the building and feels homely, spacious and well equipped. There’s a family bathroom and comfortable shared living space, plus the benefit of a lovely garden to enjoy in warmer months.

Fantastic location — close to town and The Leas, and just a short walk to both train stations. Permit parking (Zone H) available.

About me
I’m friendly and outgoing, but I also value my own space and quiet time. I work a few freelance jobs, so my schedule isn’t fixed; I’m often out of the flat, either at work, exercising, visiting friends and family, or heading off for local hill walks when I can. I really enjoy cooking and keeping the flat feeling relaxed and welcoming.

I’m used to sharing space and really value open, honest communication — I think that’s what makes a home feel calm and comfortable for everyone.

This isn’t a party house, but it’s not overly strict either — just a respectful, relaxed environment.
