You will be sharing with me (landlord) and one other person.

Amenities: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and fast WiFi. There is on-street parking (you will need to organise this yourself).

The property is a 10-minute walk to the seafront and 15-20 minutes to Folkestone Central.

Additional Info:
Visitors: Friends and family are welcome for day visits (the garden is ideal for socialising when the weather allows). Happy for overnight stays, but you must agree with me in advance.

Note: No smokers or additional pets. The home already enjoys the company of a very well-trained dog who travels with me to work.
