A double room is available in a beautifully maintained home with a modern/mid-century feel.

I’m looking for someone who values a quiet, clean and organised environment and is happy to share responsibility for keeping the communal areas clean and tidy. Ideally, someone who is considerate, not messy or chaotic, and who cleans up after themselves.

Male preferred – gay, bi or straight, but comfortable in LGBTQ+ spaces.

I work from home, so I’m looking for someone who generally works away from home.

No smokers or additional pets, please. The home already enjoys the company of a very well-trained dog, who travels with me whenever I’m away from Folkestone.
