Beautiful kingsize room in Folkestone West End...

Hi, I’m Jodey and I have a great self-contained room to rent within my apartment in the wonderful west-end area of Folkestone.

The room is absolutely huge with large sash windows along one whole side of the front wall, so the room benefits from a lovely amount of natural light.

The apartment is situated on the top (2nd) floor of the building so there’s plenty of privacy- but still benefits from the fantastic views of the picturesque street and rolling hills below.

It’s newly carpeted and fully furnished with a very comfortable kingsize bed with 4 storage drawers underneath, bedside tables, 3 seater sofa, large flatscreen TV, wardrobe, built in shelved storage, chest of drawers and a coffee table… And the room is so large that it still has so much room within to make it your own!

*I’ve purposely designed the bedroom to be both a bedroom/living room studio set up for you, as I have taken the smaller bedroom, and therefore the main living room for myself... Previously this has worked great as we then each have our own chill out space which is nice when sharing with people!

The kitchen and bathroom are our welcomed communal areas.

There is also a HUGE gorgeous communal garden that our apartment has private access to. You stroll through this on your way to the beautiful seaside views that lead you all the way into Folkestone town.

A little about me... I'm a very tidy person, and love to keep a beautiful, clean and ‘homely’ home. I’m respectful of privacy and love to keep myself busy, sociable and generally feeling happy and positive about life.

I’m looking for someone that has the same qualities and ethics as the above to ensure we’re a good match to live alongside one another. Please only apply if you like to generally keep a tidy home too :)

There’s free street parking right out the front and only a 5 minute stroll to the beach, 10/15 minute stroll to Folkestone centre and about the same amount of distance the opposite way to get to Sandgate… So a truly perfect spot to live location wise!

I’d like to live with someone who is very tidy, friendly and easy going between the ages of 30-60 (ish). Apologies, but no couples, DSS or pets.
