A comfy, double room adjacent to the sitting room is available for rental in a Victorian house.

The house has all amenities you would expect to find in a modern household.

There is parking on nearby roads & a small garden at the back of the house..

The bathroom is large & has an electric shower & bath as a backup.

There is plenty of storage in the kitchen cupboards, new boiler, large fridge & separate small freezer.

Neighbours have cats & dogs for those who enjoy their company.

If you do smoke then the garden would work for that.

The house is in a good place for shops, beach & travel.

I do like to have a chat with people prior to viewing to establish whether we could share. This is also an opportunity to answer each other's questions.

I am looking to share with people who are easy going, kind & somewhat cultured & mature in their outlook .

The house is not suitable for children(as much as I love them) or pets. (wooden floors & parasites).
