Rooms for rent

Hi there, I am looking at renting a double or a single bedroom in my house in the coming weeks, which is located 10 mins walk from the harbour/town centre.

The rate for the double room is £125 pw which equals £540 a month with a month in advance and a £500 deposit

The rate for the single room is £110 pw which equals £475 a month with a month in advance and a £500 deposit


All bills will be included, downstairs wc, use of kitchen and amenities, full fibre broadband.

There is a new kitchen and bathroom to be installed in the coming months, starting with the kitchen first.

Only 1 room is available so it would be more like a houseshare rather than hmo, just depends which room goes first as the other will be removed once a tenant moves in.
