Rooms for rent

Hi there, I am looking at renting a double and a single bedroom in my house in the coming weeks, which is located 10 mins walk from the harbour/town centre.

The rate for the double room is £140 pw
The rate for the single room is £120 pw


All bills will be included, downstairs wc, use of kitchen and amenities, full fibre broadband.

Professional people preferred, at the moment the rooms aren't quite ready as both bedrooms still have some furniture in there and currently a single bed in the double and a double in the single, however the photos are to give you an idea of what to expect and the general layout.
