Hi there, I am looking at renting both a furnished double and furnished single bedroom in my house, which is located 10 mins walk from the harbour/town centre.

The rate for the double room is £135 pw with 2 weeks in advance and a deposit, the double room is furnished which has plenty of storage including a spacious built in wardrobe, a chest of draws, a set of bedside draws and there is also a tv.

The rate for the single room is £115 pw with 2 weeks in advance and a deposit, in the single room there is also plenty of storage that includes wardrobe with storage draws , under bed storage, and a couple of other storage draws and a t. v

Brand new modern kitchen installed, and downstairs w. c.

All bills will be included, and there is full fibre broadband.
