Fully equipped NEW kitchen provide safe electrical induction cooker, more storage unit. Communal hallway provides a wash machine, and a tumble dryer.
Above arrangement enables all house sharers to enjoy as much privacy and convenience but also pay as little bills as possible.

(90%) Paid by landlord: council tax, cold/hot water, radiator based central heating by gas, electricity in all communal parts including kitchen. BT Infinity 2 fastest available broadband package (sorry we don't have Virgin infrastructure here), TV Licence.
(10%) Paid by tenant: use of lights and electric sockets in your own room, via a smart private meter, online Pay As You Go top up. (no need for token or card). Average spend between £20-25 per month depending on usage.

The entire property is managed by our in house letting management firm Easylord.
Regular cleaning (kitchen, hallway, stairs) and alarm testing are provided.

Working/professional SINGLE person welcome! Not suitable for family, couples, or pet. All tenant must go through third party tenant reference checks to ensure high quality housemate environment. (small credit blips considered on individual cases but not criminal records bankrupcy and major CCJs).

Deposit is as per described. We DO NOT accept bond schemes or deposit insurance.
Minimum tenancy is 6 months
