The house is located in Folkestone, close to town, supermarkets, Central train station, the harbour and Leas on the sea and a short drive to the beautiful Kent Downs countryside.
The monthly rent is £480 which includes all bills.
The comfortable room has a double bed and TV and Netflix.
And you would have use of the kitchen, a shared bathroom and laundry room with a second toilet, washing machine and dryer.
I’m looking for a lodger who works full-time through the day. As I work from home.
There is one other lodger who works all day and keeps to himself.
It’s a quiet, relaxed household as we all respect each other’s privacy.
