The bedroom measures approximately 3.28m x 3.08m and comes furnished with a double bed, desk and storage. It’s a good-sized room, suitable for a working professional, with occasional working from home absolutely fine.

The property is shared with me (the live-in landlord) and my partner, who stays around 2–3 days a week. There is shared use of the following:

I’m easy-going and sociable, and enjoy hiking, music, travelling and going out with friends. I’m looking for someone similarly relaxed, considerate and tidy who would enjoy sharing a home, while also having their own space and independence.

Ideally, I’d like to find a working professional who is reliable, respectful and easy to get along with. Someone who appreciates a friendly home environment and is happy to contribute to keeping the shared spaces clean and tidy.
