Hi, I'm a resident Landlord with one bedroom to rent for £470 a month in my quiet, calm, clean & tidy over 40's home (5 min walk to town).
All bills included including Sky Ultrafast Full Fibre WiFi. I also ask for a £235 deposit.
One furnished room available with double bed, wardrobes, drawers & units etc. I also provide Freeview but you will need to bring your own TV.
*Strictly no smoking in the house (only outside) & strictly no drugs or drug odours*
Looking for a mature 40+ male, someone who is friendly, easy-going & self-reliant, who will be considerate & respectful in the house & who is happy to follow house rules, good standards & a good house share approach.
I also ask a housemate to commit to a minimum 6+ month stay (hopefully longer!). Not looking for a short-term let.
May also suit a non-driver as limited permit parking.
House rules include guest limits (two guest visits a week maximum) & extra quiet consideration between 10pm-7am etc to help with sleep etc. I am also particular about considerate & respectful noise levels, cleanliness, tidyness, good behaviour & good house security etc, which I find is all necessary in a good house share for the benefit of all.
A full house guide is also provided on moving in. Any questions beforehand please feel free to ask.
Although my house is imperfect & in need of some decorating & modernising (it's not the Ritz unfortunately) it is clean & tidy as best as I can. The kitchen has usual mod cons & there is a large bathroom. There is no living room but there is a communal yard with a shelter, tables & chairs, washing line & bike shed.
My room tends to go quickly so please contact me asap.
