Hi, I'm a resident Landlord with one bedroom to rent for £480 a month in my quiet, calm & mature over 40's home.
One furnished room available with double bed, wardrobe, drawers etc. I provide Freeview but please bring your own TV.
All bills included including Sky Ultrafast Full Fibre WiFi. I also ask for a £240 deposit.
Looking for a friendly, easy-going 40+ male, someone who will be respectful, considerate & self-reliant in the house.
May also suit a non-car owner as limited permit parking.
I enjoy & like to provide a quiet & calm home, a clean, tidy & clutter-free house & a safe, secure & mature environment with good appropriate behaviour at all times.
I have house rules & standards & I give a full written house guide including alll house info when moving in.
Strictly no smoking or vaping in the house (only outside in the yard) & strictly no drugs or drug odours on the property.
I also have guest rules & limits eg one guest at a time each, two guest days a week maximum.
Although my house is imperfect & in need of some decorating & modernising (it's not the Ritz unfortunately), it is clean, clear & tidy as best as I can.
There is no living room but there is a communal yard with a shelter, tables, chairs, washing line & bike shed.
