Each room is for single occupancy only to a mature non parter.

I have 3 furnished rooms, one is a large double overlooking garden, and one is a single also garden facing, both with original Victorian fireplaces, and central heating, and the last one is a king size room, painted white with charcoal coloured carpets.

This house is only a 10 min walk to the sea/town and Folkestone Central station which only takes 53 mins on the high speed rail to London St Pancras International.

Fibre optic high speed broadband included.
