Spacious Home Share – Only 3 People 🏡

🏡 Two double rooms available in a spacious and comfortable home in Frindsbury, Rochester.

🛏️ The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on what suits you.

I’m still in the process of buying some of the furniture because I know people often already have their own bed, wardrobe, desk or other items. If you already have furniture you’d like to bring, that’s absolutely fine. If you’d prefer the room furnished, I can arrange that too.

🎨 One of the rooms is currently painted pink. I’m also open to repainting it depending on the preference of the person moving in, so there’s some flexibility there too.

The aim is to make the rooms work for the people living in them rather than having a fixed setup.

This is a small, relaxed house share rather than a busy multi-let property. I live in the house myself and I’m only renting out two rooms, so there will be just three people living here in total.

The idea is for it to feel like a proper home, with plenty of space, privacy and good shared facilities.

💷 £140 per week, with all bills included.

🛜 High-speed Wi-Fi is included, along with a regular professional cleaner.

🚿 The house has three bathrooms in total. I have my own en-suite, leaving the other two bathrooms for the two tenants.

So although they are technically shared bathrooms, there will effectively be one bathroom available per tenant.

Ebbsfleet International is around a 15-minute drive away, with trains to London St Pancras in around 18 minutes.
