Double Room for Female Lodger in Gillingham

This room is available to any female to share with live in female Landlord. I do plan to get a cat, so hopefully you're okay with animals :)

I am a teacher who has had a student lodger for a year and then working lodger for another year and have enjoyed the experience so I'm looking to continue this with another person.

The living spaces are shared, however I do get first dibs on the telly 😆. I have a cellar to store things that you won't need frequently and good storage in the room with a divan bed as well.

• Expectation to engage with basic house care e. g. vacuuming room, cleaning up after self
• Gas hob/Electric Oven/Microwave/Fridge
• Washing mashine
The main road can be quite busy, and since you will be in the room at the front of the house, you are most impacted by the noise, so please bare in mind. There is a bus stop right in front of the house which is frequently used.
