This room is available to any female to share with live in female Landlord.

I am a teacher who has had a student lodger for a year and then working lodgers for another 2 years and have enjoyed the experience so I'm looking to continue this with another person.

The dining area, kitchen and bathroom are shared, however I have the living room. I have a cellar to store things that you won't need frequently and good storage in the room with a divan bed as well.

• Expectation to engage with basic house care e. g. vacuuming room, cleaning up after self. There is a monthly cleaner that comes for shared spaces.

The main road can be quite busy, and since you will be in the room at the front of the house, you are most impacted by the noise, so please bare in mind. There is a bus stop right in front of the house which is frequently used.
