Rolling Monthly Contract only- 1 months notice when leaving. No pets please.

Ground floor double room available, with fridge and canvas style wardrobe. One mattress can be provided , not pillows, quilts etc. Room is newly decorated and very clean with lots of sunlight.
Shared kitchen and bathroom only. Living Room space is not shared. No access to upstairs as not necessary. Parking permit is £35 a year from local council. Working from home status will not be considered as during the day energy bills need to be kept low. Full time work is imperative and will only consider a student if in employment. House guests are not permitted unless previously agreed with me (no sleepovers).

I’m a very friendly live in house landlord. I’m a live in landlord that works from home. NHS care workers preferred as previous two tenants have been, and the setup worked very well with their working hours. Female lodger preferred. Must be clean at all times. Will need to make sure your room is clean and support in keeping shared spaces clean at all times. My last lodger was not clean and I asked her to leave after 10 months. I imagine she was a rare kind of uncleanliness, however if you know you struggle with keeping your room clean, please do not apply.

1 month rent and 1 month deposit required, along with 3 months bank statements and payslips and ID.

Reference from previous landlord will be required.
