Double Room To Let In Modern New Build Apartment

I have a double room to let in a modern new build apartment. The apartment has all modern amenities and a view over the river. The apartment was recently decorated and has had new carpets installed. It has a luxurious feel and this will come across in the viewings.

My preference is for a working professional but would consider students who are clean, quiet and conscientious. The room has the added benefit of a private bathroom.

The rent is £795 and this includes all bills.

There is no parking available. There are nearby roads where parking is available or alternatively you may be able to rent a parking space from one of the other leaseholders on the development.
