Double Room To Let In Modern New Build Apartment

I have a double room to let in a modern new build apartment. The apartment has all modern amenities and a stunning view over the river. The apartment was recently decorated and has had new carpets installed. It has a luxurious feel and this will come across in the viewings.

My preference is for a working professional but would consider students who are clean, quiet and conscientious. The room has the added benefit of a private bathroom.

The rent is £800 and this includes the broadband and council tax. The water, electric and heating bills would be divided between myself and the tenant.

I am in the process of moving into the apartment and the shared areas are not fully furnished yet. I would consider furnishing the room and can discuss this with prospective tenants.

There is no parking available. There are nearby roads where parking is available or alternatively you may be able to rent a parking space from one of the other leaseholders on the development.
