Our Green Penthouse is a 6 bedroom housing apartment, part of a 16-unit student development with communal grounds. The Green Penthouse sits on the doorstep of the town centre, Gillingham train station, as well as the Medway Universities.

All rooms in this modern 6-bedroom apartment are en-suite, have 4ft beds, and storage for your belongings. The open plan kitchen features integrated white goods and the communal lounge has a large flat-screen TV.

The rent is inclusive of all utility and Wi-Fi and TV license bills for the duration of your stay with us, as well as the council tax too.

Deposit amount listed is the Holding Deposit. Tenants have the choice between paying a Security Deposit (equivalent to 5 weeks rent) or Reposit (equivalent to 1 weeks rent or £150 if the weekly rent is less than this).
