The room (for single occupancy) has a double bed, built in double cupboard, double wardrobe, bedside table with 2 drawers and lamp, tall mirror. The mattress is from Dreams (it's brand new, pocket sprung with memory foam). The double glazed large window (with blackout curtains) overlooks the back garden. Lockable door. The rent is £525pcm including bills (i. e. gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, Wi-Fi).

The rest of the house:
There is an open plan living / dining room, separate kitchen, utility, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs), back garden (with block pavers).

The kitchen fittings include a cooker with fan oven, washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezers, microwave; all usual utensils / kitchenware; designated storage cupboards.

Smoke detectors on each landing. Gas central heating.

The street is a quiet residential street with line of trees. There is street parking (permit required).

Looking for a clean and tidy professional, friendly lodger / housemate. The communal areas are cleaned but we all clean up after ourselves and keep the place neat and tidy.

Please note: We cook English / European / Chinese food only. Sorry, no strong spicy/curry cooking in the house but takeaway is fine. TIA
