There's a comfy sofa to relax on, along with a bar area to sit at, to eat, work, or watch some TV and a large garden with decking area to the rear of the house.

Room 6: This huge, bright and characterful room spans almost the entire second floor. It is the only room on the top floor, other than a bathroom and so offers a sense of privacy as you go up the stairs. It is furnished with a double bed (with storage underneath) and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and coat rack. There is also a huge bookcase, desk and chair, as well as a separate handy little cubby for storage. This room does not have an en-suite, but there is a bathroom next to the room with toilet, sink, shower, and mirror. This room is the only room on the second floor, so this bathroom will only routinely be used by the person who lives in this room. Available now!
