Double room available (flat mate)

The property is in Gravesend (DA12 4BQ) and is a three-bedroom semi detached house with a shared bathroom (shower and bath). Free parking is available directly outside the property.

The room available is the middle bedroom, classed as a double. It’s currently unfurnished, but I can provide items such as a wardrobe, bedside table, and additional storage if needed. The room also has a built-in storage space that was previously for the boiler, but it has since been painted and carpeted to match the room, so it blends in nicely.

All bills are included in the rent, including WiFi.

I also live in the property. I work full-time Monday to Friday in West London, go to the gym most evenings, and play football on Sunday mornings, so I’m not home all the time. I work from home two days a week, and I’m planning to convert the small third bedroom into an office, which you would be welcome to use if you ever work from home.

The house has a washing machine, washing line, cooker, and other kitchen appliances such as an air fryer and slow cooker, all available for you to use. I’m 32, I don’t smoke or drink, and I very rarely have people over.
