There is access to fully equipped modern kitchen, , dining area and large open garden .
There is 1gb WiFi throughout the house.
This is a live in landlord basis, family of 3 .
We are a short distance from Supermarkets and retail park and public transport to mainline stns connected to London. And Ebbsfleet and Bluewater .
Minimum letting period is 6 months for both rooms.
We are looking for Working people who go to work full time. . No home workers please.
