2 double rooms, Downs Rd, near UKC, bills included

This 4-bedroom shared house is at the UKC end of Downs Rd. There are 2 rooms available, both with double bed, one larger and one smaller room with a small double bed. Rooms are for single occupancy.

The 2 existing housemates are students, so we are looking for 2 more students to share,

Gas, electricity, water and internet bills are all included in the price of £450 for the larger room and £400 for the smaller.

There's a shared lounge and dining room, also a shared bathroom upstairs with bath and shower, basin and toilet and a useful second toilet and basin downstairs.
The shared kitchen has a washing machine, and there's a tumble drier, fridge-freezer plus 2nd fridge and 2nd freezer, electric cooker and microwave.
Previous housemates have found the house a safe, warm and cosy place to be this year. And there's room to sit, eat, barbecue and maybe catch the sun in the south-facing back garden.
