Great location for workers at Emerson’s care home and retirement apartments or the new Elderwood house care home both 5 mins walk
There is a driveway for parking 4 cars and on street parking outside with CCTV.
Swanley station is 20min walk or local bus links with London zone 8 Oyster direct to London Bridge 21-29 min trains into Victoria also I have a local station parking space if required at £4 a day.
The house is in a very quiet residential area with 2 min walks to parks and 8 minutes to Swanley newbarn Train and boating lake there is a Morrisons local / post office 3 min walk away and has a nicely laid out secure back garden which is great for sunny days barbecuing relaxing also with a shared lounge and kitchen .
