i have a newly decorated double bedroom for rent in Hextable it’s furnished and has air con, a clean and friendly environment for women only and single occupancy the rent is inclusive of bills and has fast broadband parking and smoking outside.
There is a driveway for parking 4 cars and on street parking outside with CCTV.
Swanley station is 20min walk or local bus links with London zone 8 Oyster direct to London Bridge 21-29 min trains into Victoria also I have a local station parking space if required at £4 a day.
The house is in a very quiet residential area with 2 min walks to parks and 8 minutes to Swanley newbarn Train and boating lake there is a Morrisons local / post office 3 min walk away and has a nicely laid out secure back garden which is great for sunny days barbecuing and relaxing also with a shared lounge and kitchen .
the down stairs has two others 1 women and an apprentice chief sharing the shower / bathroom and everyone mixes socially on a daily bases.
